There was a unique opportunity to expand beyond historical conversion data and lean more on non-lookalike audiences. As part of their personal onboarding experience, Care/of asks users a set of questions about their health goals and lifestyle. This rich demographic data gave the team a leg up to start building out personas.
In addition to identifying the highest performing audiences, Bamboo applied similar learnings to the campaign creative, serving audiences creative tailored to the personalized nature of Care/of’s product. The team also developed video and image creative prompting viewers to take Care/of’s survey. Care/of’s minimalistic and distinctive brand aesthetic provided the perfect foundation to develop high-converting creative.
By challenging assumptions and thinking outside the box, the Bamboo team pulled valuable insights that helped increase conversions for Care/of, while building a healthy and holistic paid social program during the process. Through Bamboo’s persona-based approach and quick creative iteration, Care/of was also able to scale acquisition while maintaining target costs.
